I had to make a claim today for a few veggies too. It’s pretty easy and they credit your account for future purchases.

Mine was like that too. Didn’t want to go to the store so I used it anyway. It came out ok but I’ll probably call next time.

My boxes are starting to be very similar because of the issues I have had with some ingredients. I had to switch up my planned order of meals today because the carrot I got was pretty limpy. And since I just get boxes with codes/promotions, credits are no good to me.
