  11. I can assure you you will never find meatballs in any first course in italy. We consider meatballs a second course. I am from the central north part of italy and i never even hear of this plate, not even in ours humongous 5 courses wedding meal (entree, first courses, meat courses, sorbet break, fish courses and dessert) . Might be an italoamerican thing tho, like meatballs spaghetti and meatballs pizza, they love mix stuff up.

  13. You forgot the carrots celery and onion. And you should try Browning the meatballs first it gives it an extra layer of flavor.
