I never got a specific name when I bought the seedling but I use indian green chili paste in curries all the time and the guy selling them told me it’s the same kind of chili pepper. I have been picking a few periodically over the last few months to use but the weather is getting cold so I picked most of them today. I let some go red just because I was curious if they would be wildly different. I am going to blend up all the green ones and freeze the paste I’m ice cube trays for future use, but don’t know yet what to do with the red ones. Any suggestions? (Also thats one scotch bonnet in the corner)
