    I have made this recipe twice now and it is so good and easy, will definitely be going on my rotating dessert list.     Made this for church pot luck. Followed directions as shown. Rose up almost over the top of dish but didn't run over. However when it cooled, it tasted more like lemon angelfood cake and not bars with the gel layer. Any suggestions? Did it over cook or did I mix too much and too long? I want to try again if you have any advice. Thanks. 5:34

    I added a cream cheese frosting on top and it was delicious !
