I’m hosting Thanksgiving this year and just got told I’m stuck on a work trip the Monday to Wednesday that week so was hoping to prep what I can ahead of time. Anyone try freezing the stuffing recipe before baking? It would be in the freezer less than a week

    I would think the texture would be a lot mushier after being frozen and thawed
