  1. Good morning! After you've watched this video, don't forget to check out all the other zucchini recipes on my website. I've got tons of ways for you to enjoy this beautiful, seasonal veggie. And the double chocolate zucchini bread just might be my favorite. 😉 What about you? What's your favorite zucchini recipe? xo – Lisa

  2. My grandma used to make something like this with cauliflower. Could you replace the zucchini with cauliflower?

  3. Excellent base recipe. I live in Scotland so used peasemeal instead of almond flour which worked fine. Have to admit mine were kinda rough lookin', and further I confess to adding a coupla slugs of Habanero Tobasco to the last frittur. This is Scottie-American FUSION food, ha!

  4. Can’t wait to make them! Thank you for your step-by-step video! It looks delicious and you’re explaining the details which are important and can’t be missed. 🙏👍🙂

  5. Made them today👍😁 I substituted with 2tb spoons of nutritional yeast and 1 heaped tb spoon of whey protein instead of almond flour. Very pleased with the result! Family loved it too! Thank you for the Awesome recepie Lisa! 🙏👩‍🍳🌟

  6. For a person who doesn't eat zucchini or the way it Tates, and let me say after trying your recipe I'm in love ( didn't not use cheese) 💕, and all my family me members like it thank you so much ,
Ps: I don't cook at all even when i do it , I failed , but your recipe was successful to me ,

  7. Can you leave the finished raw mix in the fridge to have family members make as they want it through the day or another day

  8. A “nut milk “ bag ??? What the heck is that ??never heard of it. Where can you get a “ nut milk” bag ??

  9. When my mother didn't have zuchini she would grind up green tomatoes and make fritters ( she called them pancakes) . She would add minced onion and some garlic to the mix and fry . They were served as a vegetable side and they were so yummy ! I am going to try your recipe with my green tomatoes being that I am doing Keto. wish me luck …

  10. Jokingly this was me " I'm excited to make these they are going to be beyond delicious". Then came the straining of the zucchini "who ever thought of this can go where the sun don't shine" 😂 all in all these are very delicious! Making these once a year

  11. Insted of of shallots, i use green scalions…and sour creams instead yogurt

  12. This looks so yummy! Great camping recipe too. I recently made your Spiralized Beet Frittata from your cookbook. Oh my goodness not only was it pretty to look at it was delicious!

  13. I keep making these with variations. This time I used rice flour, which was what I found. Forgot to put the salt so they kept getting more wet as time passed! 🤦🏻‍♀️ still came out ok after adding more flour. I added chili flakes, opinion and garlic powder, salt and pepper and Boursin cheese with herbs.

  14. Walmart has a great gluten-free flour. Can I use that? It’s zucchini month at the pantry this month and I’m trying to come up with recipes that the tenants can use with the zucchini. So I’m going to make a ton of zucchini, pancakes and attach the recipe but it has to be on the healthy side because we’re concentrating on the senior citizens. We want them to eat more veggies.

  15. I’m hoping not to heat up my kitchen on a triple digit hot day. Going to try making these using my two dash mini griddles. Hope it works 🤞

  16. Well, I should’ve never used to goat cheese, my it’s sticking to my pan pan. Oh well I’ll try again later.

  17. Thanks for the recipe, will try to tomorrow.. side note: I'd have bigger problem if someone steals it, since I live alone 😅😆

  18. Another YouTuber used unflavored whey protein isolate as a breading ingredient. Maybe you could almond flour or something as well.

  19. Yummy! Thanks for sharing! I made a mayo/sour cream dip smoked paprika, tajin seasoning garlic cloves salt and pepper, parsley, loved it!😀

  20. I have been a fan of this video since the beginning; and also been making these fritters since as well.
DELICIOUS, since juicing now I try to incorporate zucchini to juice because it leaves me with the dry meat, this helps me to avoid having to add salt to pull water out!!!

  21. I’ll making these today or tomorrow with all the zucchini glut we have in the garden! In the blog post you talk about freezing them once cooked, but could they be frozen before cooking? And if so, how would u cook them afterwards? (I’m always scared of frozen veggies becoming a yuky mud after thawing) 😅

  22. Beautiful recipe like all your recipes. Made it today for keto lunch, loved them. Please experiment with other veggies that we can do fritters with on keto. Looking forward !
