Panzano is auch a lovely place. Seeing you cooking there makes me want to return there immediately. Especially to Officina della Bistecca.
I'll start by making that delicious pasta. Thank you for your recipes and the joy that you spread with your videos. They are so much fun and so helpful and always get me excited to start cooking.
Thank you.
😊😍😋
Looks sooo woundefull..
As an American I must say this man cooks circles around any Italialn-American chef I have seen on TV and Internet shows in the past 25 years
finishing off with extra virgin olive oil, don't add it to the pasta water from the beginning.
Using tomato is pointless. Everywhere tomatoes… So boring. Use double cream on the very end instead. And white pepper instead of red one.
everytime after watching gennaro making these amazing dishes, life seems so beautiful! He's whistling the song of life 😀
Sei grande Gennaro!!!!!
God bless you Gennaro!
👏👏👏
What mushroom is he using ? There's so many types of mushrooms….
Yep need to go to Tuscany .
this recipe reminds me of Chinese noodles chaw mien, without the veggies, both are delicious
Clear pronunciation i love this man's country recipes & narration style. From India love❤
My stomach can’t resist
Don't use a metal spoon on a nonstick pan.
can i do this with normal mushrooms as well?
I don't care what you're cooking, i just want to see you
Chef's kiss❤️
WHYYYY I'M COOKING S'GOOD!?!?
Too much olive oil
Loving his vibrance and italian way to cook! Always great learn from him.
His videos are 50% cooking, 50% histrionics.
I'm trying to eat less meat and I'd be screwed without dishes like this.
i looooove this guy!
God this guy knows how to live
How nice would it be to be like " I m in the mood for a nice olive oil, I'll go in the backyard and pick some fresh olives from some of the best trees on the world"
;
Why are there so many chefs out there that literally use metallic tools on like nonstick pans?? xD
I just found some fresh porcini. I’ll be doing this tomorrow, albeit in the outer banks of North Carolina. Locals summer, y’all.
Im sorry, but this guy is a total clown. I know that that he's Jamie's homie. But Jamie is a chav and we all know it.
Those guys are working their asses of in the fields and he gets to stay in total luxury at the house outdoor kitchen. To paraphrase Malcolm X: House Italians and Field Italians.
Thank God I live in America. Europe looks like a nightmare.
What an entertainer 🤣
Why add in the bloody annoying background music? Ruined what was an enjoyable video.
Those people dont know that man…lmaooo..yummy looking pasta tho
Love everything about this.
I tried. And I confirm it is real. Real good. Simple. And good.
And Thank you lovely chef!
🤤
