How To Make Saucy Turkish Meatballs | Ep 540

1kg lamb mince
1 onion, grated
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground allspice
1 tsp sweet paprika
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tbsp chopped coriander
3-4 tbsp olive oil
2 cups tomato puree/passata
1 cup chicken stock
1 tsp sweet paprika
2 tbsp butter

Add yoghurt and fresh coriander. Serve on its own, with pilaf rice, bread etc.
