  1. Question: would it be possible to switch the green leaves?  I ask as mot of the Nicoise salad recipes I've seen (and tried) have all been baby spinach.

  2. What u cook looks so amazing and mouth watering. so ur the next gordon ramsay or bobby flay?

  3. That looks so good!! I love me some raw fish, especially since I'm from Hawaii! You should make poke (:

  4. I have seen other videos making this salad. But you make it seem a lot more simpler and easier… so nice! Loved it!

  5. Tuna is that type of fish where you can eat it raw. Especially the cut he bought, slightly under the belly or tail section ( I think it's called Oca-row in Japanese). It's one of the fastest fish in the ocean, I would have pressed some lavender flowers along with a melange of coloured pepper corns. But this one looked delicious.

  6. You have such a way with preparing food in a simple and almost elegant fashion. I dont know, I have fun just watching you cook in your videos while you narrate the directions. No nonsense needed, no catch phrase screamed out loud and just a nice a background music to pull in the audience. YUM YUM YUM i like fish dishes!

  7. It looks delicious. But he said if I recall correctly that he wanted medium rare and it looks pretty raw

  8. you really make the food looks easy, simple, and elegant. likes your way of presentation.
