We did this at the camp ground this summer. Kids loved 'em. I like mine with mushrooms and sautéed sweet onions. That triple decker is insane!
How were the burger patties/meatballs prepared? Was any seasoning added in the beginning when mixing it?
Did u use any egg yolk as a binder?
Also, I get my meat from a supermarket, so do i need to wash it? (for the hydration ofcourse 😃and blood)

I'm using a cast-iron "bacon press" which allows me to cook both sides at the same time. Delicious!
I would rather have NO CHEESE than American cheese any day of the week!!!
Though I would appreciate some sharp cheddar or Swiss but American never on a homemade burger No way
