  1. Thanks for Sharing this "oven" version Dimitra, I have been making this dish on the stove top, stirring consistently like a risotto.. but I'm trying the oven baked version tonight.  Be sure to visit my channel .. I've just started some cooking demos as well.

  2. I am so scared to put the ice in at the end. If it is added, does the orzo stay nicely separated the next day?

  3. not really traditional, but still a quick way to cook kritharaki… nice
    (btw, this is not orzo u are using, u are using kritharaki, as u should, who told u this is orzo??? ^^)
    about the ice: holy shit people, never do this ^^
