    Cooking for 1 so I modified the on-line recipes.

    1 Ham hock

    8 oz Black eyed peas

    Celery chopped up

    Onion chopped up

    Garlic powder 1 tsp

    Onion powder 1 1tsp

    8 hours on low

    Yum. If you’ve only ever had canned black eyed peas, do yourself a favor and make them from fresh or dried.
