Jerk Chicken: Easy Recipe for a Delicious, Crispy, and Healthy Meal
Ingredients:
6 – 8 Chicken Thighs
6 Green Onions (roughly chopped)
6 cloves Garlic (peeled and smashed)
2 Jalapeno Peppers (seeds and stem removed)
2 Habaneros (seeds and stem removed)
1 1/2 – inch piece Ginger (peeled and chopped)
1/3 cup fresh Lime Juice
1/4 cup Soy Sauce (reduced-sodium)
2 tbsp Brown Sugar
1 tbsp fresh Thyme Leaves
1 tbsp fresh Parsley Leaves
1 tsp freshly Ground Black Pepper
1 tsp ground Allspice
1/2 tsp ground Cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground Nutmeg

Close to my recipe but I use 6,yes 6 with seeds and get nice results some heat.It`s Jerk man It`s supposed to be hot!
America has a serious problem. Women in America are crazy. They think they can go to other countries and act the same way. But really they are just showing their true colors.
Ok AB I love your recipes and I'm sure this one is good but I have a few recommendations to make this true jerk. Add whole pimento seeds and exclude the jalapeño. Also if you could find scotch bonnet peppers to replace the habaneros that would take your recipe to new heights bro. And grill it! And there are great brands of premade jerk sauce to those who may be a little intimidated by making their own jerk marinade. Walkers Wood is the best brand. Just some tips from a Jamaican girl who loves her jerk chicken lol.
What makes them reddish though. I notice you added the green onion and cilantro, ain't the sauce suppose to turn green?

Just for simplicity I use the premade jerk sauce from Grace, work it into the chicken thighs and let is sit in the aluminum disposable tray in the oven for a few hours.
Tonight I added mangos to the tray and put it on some Mediterranean seasoned jasmine rice. That was a fusion that I never thought would happen.
But I bet your recipe is fantastic and I'll have to add it to my recipe rotation.

I love your videos! I hate dried out jerk chicken from a grill. Some ppl forgot that meat should be juicy and moist, not overcooked and dried out. I'm making this with Mediterranean yellow rice, sweet potatoes and cornbread ❤
