This is easy. You do not even need a mixer. It will come out wonderful and it is a sweet corn bread.

SWEET Corn Bread Recipe
1 1/2 cups Of cornmeal
1/2 cup Of flour
1 cup raw sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 pinch sea salt
1 cup buttermilk
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/3 cup olive Oil
3 tablespoons honey
Bake at 350 degrees.

I was just discussing corn bread with one of my sisters last week and she says she adds sweet corn to hers. I have not tried this have you? I am wondering if cream corn would be an option too? I will be trying your recipe for sure though. Thanks!

I grew up eating sweet cornbread. Hubby says nope you ate corn cake lol. He always had cornbread with no sugar. Your recipe is awesome good and sweet and it makes great spicy cornbread (with jalapeño, corn,). Thanks for the recipe. Quick, easy and inexpensive.
