Post workout: PB2 toasts with banana and ham 🍞🍌

Lunch: Avocado chicken and sweet potato salad

Snack: Fiboo protein bar

Dinner: PB soba noodles with kimchi, avocado, shrimp and veg:)

Really voluminous day filled with Pb and 🥑
