Is this a good amount of food for the price? Admittedly I don’t go around to various locations scouting for cheap prices, I’m 23 without a car and just go to the two closest stores near me on my pennyboard, so my choices are limited. Should I try different companies or anything like that?

That’s not bad. We spend so much for what we get here.
I see very few store-brand items here and a lot of brand names. I think you could knock at least $10 off from your pasta, rice, Pb, beans? (the Unico product), vegetables, jam, and tomato paste. Making your own instant oatmeal packets would save you money. If those are beans, dry is cheaper than canned.
I know grocery prices in Alberta, and you did *really* well. Where did you shop?
Edit: If you can learn to make oatmeal from a large bag instead of those individual envelopes, you will save a lot of money over time. It’s easy and quick, and then breakfast will only cost 25 cents a serving.
