Your chicken piccata laid over pasta . Is a 5 star plate . Looks so delicious an elegant . Have a wonderful weekend .
For the sauce,, oil and butter, I add thin lemon slices, about six and cook them about 5 minutes, then add small capers, cook another 5 minutes, finally the parsley, and cook a final 5 minutes. The cutlets warm in a 200 F. oven. I take them and put on a platter, then dump the sauce over them, slices and all. Lemon wedges along the side. So good and lemony.
I am going to STOCKPILE stuff because the politics they are saying going or intending to be a 2 class system ? So prepare right?

I skip the flour and add a teaspoon of cream cheese at the end the thicken the sauce. Yummy

Thanks for this. I have been craving it for a long time after tasting it in one resto. I tried doing it at home – white wine, 😅 we don't have it in Saudi Arabia. I replaced it with apple cider. Added artichokes on it and it was the best. You make my lack of skills in cooking like those of the Chef. 😊😊. Ill be trying your other recipe soon.
