At first I thought the other guy was a nuisance and irrelevant, but the idiot kind of enhances the knowledge of the main guy. I guess the bloke in the red chequer shirt is supposed to represent the idiots of the world, whilst the main guy is the reassuring chef. Nice touch!

I still remember this was the first video I watched and got hooked to cooking for this channel. To this day I use this recipe. One of the best BLT I made. And will make.
