  1. Not really a BLT. Other dude is right, he's not complicating it with the letters, he's spot on, it's not a BLT anymore, and those tomatoes? Really? Diced up? Come on.

  2. At first I thought the other guy was a nuisance and irrelevant, but the idiot kind of enhances the knowledge of the main guy. I guess the bloke in the red chequer shirt is supposed to represent the idiots of the world, whilst the main guy is the reassuring chef. Nice touch!

  4. I still remember this was the first video I watched and got hooked to cooking for this channel. To this day I use this recipe. One of the best BLT I made. And will make.
