Ingredients
5 tomatoes, roughly chopped
150g baby tomatoes halved
½ tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 onion, thinly sliced
fresh basil
1 tbsp dried oregano
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
50ml cream
parmesan cheese
80g pasta – penne or fusilli, cooked – keep ½ cup pasta water

Method
– Place a pan on medium heat.
– Add olive oil, garlic, and onion.
– Add tomatoes, salt pepper oregano
– Let it cook 20 minutes.
– At 15 minutes add the fresh basil
– After 20 minutes, add the cream
– Cook and simmer for at least 10 mins
– Add the pasta and some of the reserved water
Cook and thicken
– Serve with a lot of parmesan cheese
