In this video, we’re sharing with you the “BEST” healthy breakfast recipe that’s perfect for a big family! These Blueberry Cinnamon Pancakes are delicious and packed with all the nutrients your family needs to start the day right. With a family of 13, it’s important to us to find recipes that are easy, healthy, and delicious, and this breakfast recipe ticks all those boxes.
Here’s what we had for dinner & then breakfast
Blueberry Cinnamon Swirl Pancakes
Pasture Raised Organic Bacon @applegate
Grass-Fed Butter @kerrygoldusa
Maple Syrup
Pecans
Bananas
Extra fresh blueberries
To round out the meal before the sweetness of the pancakes. You can do
Green salad before dinner
Sauteed vegetables with avocado before breakfast.
What you need –
3 cups Organic all-purpose flour @costco
3 Cups Organic Sprotef Oats (make flour) @onedegreeorganics
12 tsp baking_powder
3 tsp baking soda
3 tsp sea salt
5 tsp ground cinnamon
8 TBS maple Syrup
12 medium bananas mashed
1 cup @kalonasupernatural_milk_dairy sour cream or Greek yogurt
4 tsp pure vanilla extract
6 large eggs @vitalfarms
5 cups of walnut milk or your choice of milk
Grass-Fed butter or Avacado cooking spray for greasing the skillet
Step 1. Mash your bananas. Set aside.
Step 2. Whisk your eggs. Set aside.
Step 3. Combine everything in a large bowl, including the eggs and smashed bananas combine well.
Step 4. Gently fold in the Blueberries
Step 5. Spoon your pancake batter onto the greased skillet and cook until done.
Step 6. Enjoy!
