A question regarding flour used for a pizza dough.
Hey everyone, I had a question regarding if I can use the wheat flour to make pizza dough, or would a different flour give me better results/crust. It’s my first time making it, any tips/begginer pizza dough recipes are appreciated!

Is the flour in the pic, wheat flour? I wanted to know so I can buy it. For some Indian recipes. If it’s like whole-wheat flour, slightly slightly different in colour than all purpose flour.

King Arthur 00 is what we use
Remotely-Indentured
We have a home grinder and use soft white wheat set to 00. It works fine. Different types of crust can be found in Italy and I believe it depends on the region. Rustic, etc.

It really depend from the levitation time and how much water you add, but I suggest type 1 (00 could result in more air bubbles, so it’s good if you want a thick pizza)

Not quite enough information for complete advice. What type of pizza are you making? Here is an extremely thorough guide for New York style pizza https://www.richardeaglespoon.com/articles/how-to-pizza
Any wheat flour will work to make some kind of pizza, but more information would be helpful to guide you in the right direction.
I prefer T650 for pizza
