Yucateco by far, but Cholula was my gateway hotsauce. That or tobasco chipotle.

Chipotle Tabasco is my favorite. I’ll go through a bottle a week. Next is the Melinda’s Ghost Pepper Steak Sauce. That one has such a good flavor. Heat is a bit strong if I use too much, but a few drops at a time is perfect.
