New to canning, and just got my first pressure cooker. I’m interested in making some fun recipes, but I learned that Pinterest isn’t a reliable place to find them. Is EVERYTHING released by Ball certified and safe? I thought this cookbook looked interesting, but want to make sure I’m not straying too far from the USDA approved recipes.
