BAKED ZUCCHINI FRIES! Super easy, crispy, and healthy. Best dipped in marinara or cheese sauce!
FULL RECIPE:
1. Cut two zucchini into 1/2-inch thick fries
2. Whisk 1 egg white with a pinch of salt and pepper
3. In a separate bowl, mix 2/3 cup of breadcrumbs with 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
4. Dip each zucchini fry into the egg white mixture, and then into breadcrumb mixture to completely cover
5. Arrange zucchini fries on a baking sheet
6. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes
7. Dip with your favorite sauce and enjoy!
