  1. No rosmary or bacon!!!! First olive oil and vegetable andd garlic minced and black pepper Cook 10 min and now you add minced meat. Cook 10 min and you add a glassa of white wine Cook 10 min and add tomatoes an water. Cook almost 1 hour this is ragù!!!!!

  4. Sorry but spaghetti Bolognese doesn't have vegetables and where's the herbs and salt and pepper. Nice try no cigar

  5. Went to Jaime's Italian Restaurant on Navigator of the Seas and it was the best food I have ever eaten. The tagliatelle bolognese was so good, I ordered it every night. The restaurant didn't survive covid, so I am planning my next cruise just to eat at Jaime's Italian at every opportunity.

  6. Ähm… Kein Salz und Pfeffer?? Ich mache das fast genau so, mit Bio Soja Hack und ohne Speck. Schneide aber zusätzlich 2-3 frische Tomaten mit rein und nehme lieber rote Zwiebeln 😁🤩. Schmeckt hammergeil. Statt Soja Granulat geht das auch mit roten Linsen als weitere Veggie Variante. N Schuss Rotwein tut auch gut zum verfeinern 😉.

  7. The option of translation in spanish should be our choice and not for default, is very annoying that all videos has been translate automatically in spanish.

  8. Pretty good. Only thing I'd do differently is make a soffritto and simmer that first then put the meat in. Maybe I'd leave the puree out too, I just don't like tomato puree.

  9. If you want meaty sauce, put tomatoes together with minced beef immediately, instead of cooking the mince and then adding the tomatoes.

  10. It’s the adding of water that takes away all the taste, can’t understand why he feels the need to add so much water, yea some water is needed to make sauce thinner but he’s adding that much!!! You end up with flavourless bolognaise, I know from experience, you’d be better if it was a stock at the very least.

  11. YOU do not put herbs in a Ragu/Bolognese! A traditional Bolognese cooks for at least 4 hrs and therefore you only need salt/pepper. The sofritto gives all the flavour.
    Grrrrrrrr!!!
