I discovered this stuff a few months ago and I have gone through like 12 jars of it. I have explored other options too, like Fly By Jing, Momofuku, Lee Kum Kee, and other Lao Gan Ma varieties, but none of them have the salty, oniony, peppery, crack-like flavor of this one. It is absolutely next level on pizza.
