If I just put them on and it says to do 4 to 6 hours. Can I put it on high at a certain point to get them done earlier? I don’t need it on high the whole time.

    Low and slow is always the way to go as it will prevent the sauce and chicken from burning and actually make your meat tender. Forcing high heat usually makes your food pretty crappy.

    Check after 4. The longer it goes the meat will start coming off the bone as you pick them up. So if you want to actually hold them to eat don’t let it go too long.
