I don’t eat breakfast much but when I do,this is one of my favs(or oatmeal instead of yogurt with almost the same “toppings”).
Here I went fancy with 3 small containers of yogurt..peach,vanilla,and raspberry. These cost $.33 each so $.99.
The toppings I use are pumpkin,flax,and sunflower seeds. The amounts of each used are not much (bags were $2,$1,$1.50) so around $.20/serving. Than I love either raisins or crasins. I bought a bag on sale for $4 so $.20 of Crasin’s or you Can do $.10 worth of raisins. Fruit I get free a lot of the yr but I added a plum this time, or you can use apple or kiwi,strawberries or a banana (around $.75 each). For extra you could ad a splash of protein powder and a sprinkling of granola or trailmix. For oatmeal all of these works great as well but just ad some brown sugar or honey, and a dash of vanilla extract. Both are So delicious and the mouth feel of the soft,the crunchy and the chewy with the flavours is just BAM!! So..
One of these healthy,super tasty with great mouth feel, at around $1.95 per serving. If fruit is free than closer to $1/serving and even a bit less if making oatmeal instead of yogurt. One last excellent addition is some dollar store tea biscuits to dip in. Yum! Enjoy!
