Gennaro’s celebrating St Patrick’s Day with a tasty pasta recipe. Fresh, sweet peas, garden mint, finely sliced Italian bacon and delicate farfalle tossed together with a good squeeze of lemon and a grating of parmesan. So delicious and so easy, Gennaro’s only gone and done it again!

  1. After watching all his videos. I feel like i can just put anything i want into a pasta dish, aslong as it feels right. I always start of with a mixture the usual, olive oil, garlic, chili, onion. Then go with other ingredients that im feeling. Tomatoes, pancetta, guanciale, seafoods. Thanks for inspiring me G! Your personality is contagious. I feel like im gonna catch myself saying MY MY MY to my own food

  2. I made this pasta immediately after I saw this. It was sooooooo good!!! I will try it with bacon next time, as pancetta is just a tad more pricey! Great recipe as always Gennaro!

  3. The sun has just risen in Australia, I'm still half drunk, and at this point it looks like I'm gonna make this thing happen…. Garlic and Rosemary farfalle… done.

  4. This guy brought me to italian food. Because it is so simple and delicious. And this mans passion is outstanding, sadly he will do no more videos.
Make this recipe yesterday again, and only thing I sad, it was awesome. The flavours of the few ingrediens are in perfect harmony. But I add one glove of garlic too.

  5. what gennaro said: Three handfuls
what I thought he said: Three hundred fools
we love you gennaro, never change 🙂

  6. This combination is life changing! Oh my! The unbelievable freshness of the mint and lemon with the bite of the parmesan and the crunch of the peas and the richness of the (in my case) thick cut bacon. I died. I literally ate the whole thing. This has become an absolute spring/summer staple for me. Thank you! <3
