Ok so about a month ago I smoked some eye rounds and wasn’t paying attention so I overcooked them..

I’ve eaten some of it but it’s pretty tough and on the dry side..

I’ve tried doing a French dip with it but it’s a bit too tough to be enjoyable.

All that being said I probably have 5lbs left in my freezer and I’d like to doctor it up somehow to make it more palatable…

I had thought of chopping it up a bit and making beef stroganoff.

What else could I use it for?

I would chop it and throw it in a stew or something.

Dice it up and throw in a crockpot with BBQ sauce of choice.

Overcook it even more in a French dip.

Definitely needs some time in some sauce or jus to tender up

Dice it, and then boil it in beef broth.

    THEN make Sammie’s outta it.

Swiss cheese, caramelized onions, and horseradish. *chef kiss

Go all the way and turn it into jerky? Would that work?

You could season it up, run it through a food processor, and dehydrate it. Make some home made beej jerky chew.
