Catered a 200 person wedding over the weekend. They wanted 200 servings of a vegetable tray. Well long story short they barely touched it. We had three 4lbs bags of organic baby carrots. So I figured might as well can them up. My kids love these carrots and it’s an easy way to add a veggie to a easy weeknight meal. Recipe was from the Ball blue book: Glazed Carrots

I’ve not thought of canning these ‘baby’ carrots, I’d like to can them sugar free. These look tasty.
