Hey, Ken! You inspired me to make these delicious stuffed peppers for dinner tonight. Man, they turned out so delicious with all that cheese, leftover bowtie pasta and yummy tomato sauce (to which I added some fresh garlic). My kitchen smelled so wonderful; a neighbor decided to drop by to ask 'what's for dinner, my dear?" I invited her to stay for my friend Ken's stuffed Greek peppers. We enjoyed them with a bottle of nice white wine. She was so overwhelmed by such a flavorful and unique taste that I had to introduce your YouTube channel to her! She got so excited as soon as she started watching the first video presentation of you cooking, Ken! She then commented to me, 'so, this is how you Greeks do it!'

I do agree on your cheese philosophy. Nice twist on the stuffed peppers, I usually fill them with ground beef and rice, but even for a meathead like me this looks like an appetizing variation!
