I was a little hesitant posting a recipe for pancakes. There are tons of recipes and pre-made mixes for pancakes, a perfect breakfast paired with some eggs and bacon and just as good on its own. I thought to myself maybe someone might be on Reddit looking for a pancake recipe so here we are. I made these for breakfast this morning, now not being a pancake connoisseur thought they were fantastic. Followed this simple recipe as written except used melted butter in place of the oil. So next time you have a hankerin’ for some pancakes I hope you give this recipe a shot you will not be disappointed.
