Millets are recommended for well-being of infants, lactating mothers, elderly & convalescents. 🌺
The grains release sugar slowly into the blood stream & thus considered “gluten-free” 🌺
In addition, they contain phenolic acids & flavonoids, playing a vital role in combating free-radical mediated oxidative stress

Method:
1. In a mixing bowl, add low fat curd, saunf powder, Red chilli powder, chopped green chillies, Mint leaves (पुदिना), Coriander leaves (धनिया), Black Salt (काला नमक) & Mix well
2. Now to it, add chopped Onions, chopped Tomatoes, soaked Indian Chia seeds (सब्ज़ा), 1 Cup Overnight Soaked Pearl Millet / (बाजरा)
Garnish with chopped coriander
3. NOTE: You may steam whole Bajra instead of raw soaked version.
We used soaked version of Bajra in this salad.
