My allotment from a friends 2023 chili crop came in the mail today.

How are the Bahamian Goat peppers? I grew some this year but both of my plants have been struggling. Very slow to germinate and grow. The plants stayed small (unlike all my other pepper plants). They have fruited but not one of the peppers has ripened yet. I am going to try and overwinter it (and some others) to see if I can get a head start at the beginning of next year.
Plans for them? Dehydration/sauces/fresh cooking?
