INGREDIENTS
1/2 cantaloupe
1/2 honeydew melon
8 oz mozzarella balls
Thin slices of prosciutto
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Salt & pepper
Fresh mint
(Can also add balsamic glaze)
DIRECTIONS
1. Using a melon baller, scoop balls from the cantaloupe & honeydew.
2. Plate the melon balls & mozzarella balls, add torn slices of prosciutto, & sprinkle with salt & pepper.
3. In a mason jar, add olive oil, balsamic vinegar, & a pinch of salt. Shake well til dressing thickens.
4. Add dressing & fresh mint to salad (can also add balsamic glaze). Mangia 😘
