I’m coming to NYC for work and I will be there over the thanksgiving holiday.

I am not American so I haven’t celebrated Thanksgiving before and I would really like to try a traditional Thanksgiving meal.

I’ve tried [looking up some place online](https://loving-newyork.com/best-thanksgiving-dinner-restaurants-nyc/) but they all seem targeted towards groups of people where as I’m just trying to find a place where I can just have a meal on my own.

Does anyone have any suggestions on where I can go for Thanksgiving?

Go to the Algonquin Hotel in midtown. They put on a lovely spread.

I do this every year. It’s a bit too early for places to put up their Thanksgiving Day menus or open up reservations. Wait a few weeks and they should start to come out.

Any of the Frank Prisinzano restaurants (Frank, Supper, Lil Frankies) !!! They usually do special deals for solo diners on holidays and are lovely places to dine solo in general (they treat everyone like family, solo diners on normal days are given a free glass of prosecco).
