the audio mix on this video is awful, her dialog is so soft compared to the music cuts, i have to crank the audio to hear her, then the music blows out my speakers
Shade to Middle America. Middle America has better access to wild Blueberries than you big city folks😉 Anyways, I like your video and appreciate the Tapioca starch suggestion. Nice looking lattice too.
I make the best blueberry pie by using only the wild blueberries that I pick the same day. I do not use the tasteless watery cultivated variety. There is nothing better than wild blueberries for blueberry pie in my humble opinion! Corriander in this recipe? HMMM?? Okay, whatever. Thanks for the video!

Best thickener in the universe is Ultra Sperse M. You know the viscosity when the product is cold.
240p squad!
These American Pie crusts are horrible and always end up cooking unevenly. You have pieces of burnt pockets like on a pizza.
Please just use 2 parts flour to 1 part butter. So much butter ruins the pie.
I bet it taste delicious 🥧🥧🥧👍🏻👍🏻
Tapioca in this pie, BA used corn starch in theirs in the video they published last week.
I'd really like to see a Kenji video on the comparison of corn starch and tapioca, as it relates to the tightening of the filling in pies like this.
Plz write the recipe
Love the food science bits y'all are throwing in there!
And if you dont have a marble slab?????
Is there a presumption that I have a marble slab in my kitchen and access to wild blueberries? Maybe I'm not the target audience for this video.
Who the f buys blueberrys? Sweden represent!
MFW Stella tells us where to get regular blueberries but doesn't tell us where to get wild blueberries….
Temba, his arms wide!
Finally!!!
boot-scootin' boogie?
That is a great looking blueberry pie.
Looks lovely!
Swedish "blåbärspaj with smuldeg is similar, with baked sweet oatmeal, you should try it out!
Huckleberries are in season, I wonder if I could do this with huckleberries.
there's too much drug in this recipe it seems

lets make one pie and two videos
This recipe is good unfortunately the presenter is annoying.
Pie looks great. But video editing is horrible.
I love how Stella says "lemony." She's got a nice way of saying things in general actually! I feel like she would be a good podcast host.
I didn't Know that Patrick Stewart played guitar.
Tapioca flour doesn't thicken above 80 degrees? Fahrenheit? So it has to go in the fridge if my kitchen temp is over 80 degrees?
Recipe?
I just seen an easier and more appetizing looking recipe she doin too much for a simple pie.
What the heck is packaged brownie mix doing over Stella's shoulder?
Dear SE, You're trying to be Tasty when you should be trying to be Bon Appetit, if anything.
Where did you buy that t-shirt? I want one.

Love that shirt!
All the crooks and grannies.
you lost me at essential oil.
Coriander with Blueberries 👏 Highly educational content. Keep this up 👍
Does your recipe really call for a marble slab?
They could've shown more of the pie,why cut it so early
thank you!
You did not create a blueberry pie! You created an Absolute Masterpiece!! Brilliance!!
I used corn starch and my pie was actually great!
Your shirt rules! Not much to say about the pie here, it looks great, im sure its good. But your shirt rules!
