Just a little criticism (hopefully constructive) from a Moroccan/ Moroccan food enthusiast … we prefer not to use sugar or any sweet substance directly on the chicken, instead we like mixing it with the almonds into a crunchy powder (like you did) and layer it over the chicken (it's about that contrast of sweet and crunchy over savoury ) … also a "protip" is to cook eggs with the onion spice mixture after you take the chicken out, it gives it more consistency while keeping it moist but not soggy (and one less layer to think about) … I have to say though that still looks like it came out great and makes me wanna have a piece NOW!!

  6. She does it on her way, the intention was there. Remark concerning the chiken not enough shelled and crumbled, rather to use a half chiken for 2 people, she puts also all the ingredients separately, Yet to learn how to prepare the pastilla 's farce. a00100a
