β˜€οΈ BFAST: Weetbix (4 biscuits), 1 apple, hot choc with skim milk ⛅️ LUNCH: 2 tuna, spinach and tomato wraps 🌝 DINNER: Teriyaki chicken wraps with homemade tzatziki and spinach and tomato (yep I had a craving for wraps today haha) 🍏 SNACKS: 1 apple, 1 coffee with skim milk, 1 ham sandwich

πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ EXERCISE: 6.4km run – most of my steps recorded for the day would uld come from that.

I have overeaten the past 3 days so it’s nice to have stayed on track for once, it’s something that is often a struggle for me πŸ₯²
