βοΈ BFAST: Weetbix (4 biscuits), 1 apple, hot choc with skim milk β οΈ LUNCH: 2 tuna, spinach and tomato wraps π DINNER: Teriyaki chicken wraps with homemade tzatziki and spinach and tomato (yep I had a craving for wraps today haha) π SNACKS: 1 apple, 1 coffee with skim milk, 1 ham sandwich
πββοΈ EXERCISE: 6.4km run – most of my steps recorded for the day would uld come from that.
I have overeaten the past 3 days so itβs nice to have stayed on track for once, itβs something that is often a struggle for me π₯²
