Here’s a quick and easy Greek spinach, feta and artichoke dip recipe that’s perfect for the holidays or anytime!!! Simply combine all the ingredients into a bowl, hand mix, bake and serve with your favourite crackers, pitas or veggies. That’s it!!!

INGREDIENTS LIST:
– 1-1/2 cups artichoke hearts
– 300g spinach (I use frozen)
– 2 cups Greek feta cheese
– 2 cloves garlic
– 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
– 1-1/3 cups strained Greek yogurt
