  1. Shrimp should not be left out when it comes to the sear! Marinate shrimp and add some color and crust with higher heat and shorter cook time. You'll be much happier, promise!

  2. I think a lot of food influencers donโ€™t actually know how to cook very well. Itโ€™s all just buying wagyu and reacting. My man, you have legit skills. Iโ€™d say of the bigger food channels Iโ€™ve seen, you have by far the most refined technique and skill
