We have made this quick and easy yet tasty Italian salad from the region of Campania with ingredients purchased from our local supermarket here in the UK, and it tastes fabulous. But if you really want to show off or are a rather jolly & pompous cook requiring a story to accompany all your ingredients you could use more artisan produce like heritage tomatoes from a farmers market or cheese produced in Italy such as “Mozzarella di bufala campana” or better yet maybe grow some of them yourself and save on the food miles.
