Roasted chicken breast with a small serving of potatos, gravy, stuffing and green bean casserole. Only about 400 calories per meal.
I’m recovering from a recent miscarriage and trying to find ways to eat foods that are comforting and that sound appetizing, while working towards losing 10lbs.
It’s a huge non scale victory to not give into emotional eating when it would be much easier to eat whatever I want. It felt good to spend an hour prepping meals and to be ready to head into my first full week back to work with prepared foods ready to go.

Ye gods, comfort food indeed! That looks so good! And fab job on planning a delicous meal, small calorie impact, and while recovering from the miscarriage AND having to head back to a full work week. Good for you! You should be so proud of yourself (random stranger, I am proud of you…).
