6 eggs cooked in 1 serving of milk, 3 cups of cooked rice and about a serving of oikos 25 gram protein yogurt and low sodium soy sauce. Its like 110 carbs, 85 grams of protein and like 1100 calories. Eat it twice a day and spend maybe 45 bucks a week. Let the hate pour in but its really not bad tasting, i swear

There are a lot of cheaper high-protein alternatives that don’t look disgusting.

But like. Why not just have some eggs, a side of rice with soy sauce, a cup of yogurt and a glass of milk?

Why don’t you just eat the eggs + rice + soy sauce as a meal. Then drink the milk and eat the yogurt on the side? Why put it all together that looks nasty lol
