🌞 BFAST: Weetbix (4) with a banana and a choc milk with skim milk ⛅️ LUNCH: Roast capsicum with cous cous, broccoli and a side of corn (I did have some butter with the corn which is accounted for) 🌝 DINNER: 1 serve low cal bread with spreadable pickles, ham and 2 boiled eggs 🍏 SNACKS: 2 apples, coffee with skim milk and I did eat half my daughters ham sandwich 🫣

πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ EXERCISE: 30 min on spin bike (low to moderate effort, I find the spin bike SO hard to get my heart rate up 😭) and a couple of walks in the afternoon. I wouldn’t say the calories are right it’s just what the app auto populated.

I am definitely hungry today and I have a feeling I’ll end up having another banana or apple later because my stomach is rumbling 😩
