    The 45g protein seemed high, but then I thought about it and it checked out. I struggle to get a lot of protein at breakfast time, so this recipe appealed to me.

    – 1 lg egg: 5g protein
    – 0.4 cup egg whites: 11g protein
    – 3 slices turkey breast (~100g): 29g protein
