Entering the world of Korean dishes and I wanted something easy. Guy pointed me to this. Its already cooked I believe but how should I prepare it for a meal?

Sautéed with onions, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, gochugaru, and a little sugar.

Something about the phrase FISH CAKE (square type) is amusing to me.

Look for recipes for Eomuk Bokkeum.
Sliced in bite size pieces, stir fried in a tasty sauce, sometimes spicy.
I like to have this served cold alongside kimchi, as banchan with a meal.

Make stir fried fishcake banchan or add them in ramyeon or kimchi stew

Udon soup base (with the right amount of salt/MSG), sliced green onions and this. You can also put in udon noodles as well, but this on its own is already really good.

This is an important ingredient for tteokbokki, which itself is fairly easy to make.
