Continuing the “off the beaten path” Buffalo theme of my last couple posts. These were absolute fire. Tangy Gold BBQ, Medium, and Cajun Hot off the pit. The Medium wings had a surprising depth of flavor for a plain old medium, with a nice kick. The Cajun Hot double dip gave Elmo’s a run for their money. Homemade blue cheese. Super chill divey vibe inside too.
