It’s not exactly the same as the stuff that comes with the noodles. A bit thinner in consistency, less salty, and a little less spicy (but still quite a bit hotter than the regular noodle sauce).
While it’s the same product name (Haek-Buldak) as the 2x noodles, I think they recognize it’s not as hot, which is why they say “extremely spicy” instead of “2x spicy” on the bottle.
